The official 120-hour application rule
Superbuy’s return article describes five days, equivalent to 120 hours, after “Stocked in,” starting from the next hour. It also requires seller participation and resale condition; an application may not be accepted after expiry.
The service fee is tiered
The policy describes a monthly allowance for the first return or exchange for non-Prime users, then increasing service-fee tiers. Return and exchange fees differ. Seller-side delivery charges can also apply. Check your actual allowance and request cost rather than assuming a fixed RMB 5 fee.
Keep the item returnable
Leave tags, seals, accessories and applicable sneaker fasteners intact while a return is possible. Customized items, second-hand goods and removed packaging can change eligibility. Get seller consent through the official after-sales process.
Describe the issue, not a verdict
Record the order ID and status time. Compare the exact ordered option with what arrived, attach the relevant photo and ask support to confirm responsibility and charges. Resolve this before parcel consolidation.
