What is a Superbuy spreadsheet?
An organized index of product links, prices and photos from Chinese marketplaces. Use it to shortlist an item, then confirm the seller’s options and current price on Superbuy. This independent site does not take orders or payments.
Is this the official Superbuy website?
No. superbuyspreadsheet.org is an independent spreadsheet and research site. Accounts, payments, warehouse photos, support and shipping are handled at superbuy.com.
Does the listed price include shipping?
No. The amount is the imported seller price in Chinese yuan. Domestic delivery, platform charges, international freight, taxes and carrier handling can change the total. Confirm the final amount before paying.
Which payment methods does Superbuy support?
Superbuy lists card top-ups, Wise, Alipay and WeChat Pay, plus country-specific methods. Availability, payment currency and charges depend on the channel offered in your account. See our payment methods and fee guide, checked 12 October 2026.
Are these warehouse QC photos?
The product cards use seller listing images and are labeled “Seller photo.” Review the warehouse photographs of your actual item inside your Superbuy order after it arrives.
Can I return an item after seeing QC?
Seller eligibility and resale condition matter. Superbuy’s help article describes 120 hours after “Stocked in,” counted from the following hour. Return/exchange service fees follow monthly tiers rather than one universal fee. Read the return guide.
How often is the spreadsheet updated?
The date records a successful catalog import or substantive review, not a page visit. The update log records what changed.
Does QC prove authenticity?
No. Basic visual checks can reveal a wrong option or visible defect; they do not establish authenticity, safety certification or long-term performance. Brand names reproduce seller descriptions.
Can I estimate shipping before ordering?
Use the official estimator with destination, product type, packed weight and dimensions. Our shipping page explains illustrative chargeable weight rather than inventing route prices.
Are parcels under $800 or €150 still duty-free?
Do not assume so. CBP reports a US low-value duty-free suspension from 29 August 2025. EU guidance introduces a temporary €3 duty per customs item from 1 July 2026 for qualifying consignments up to €150. See customs notes.
Where are my saved finds stored?
Product IDs stay in this browser’s local storage. No account is required and the list does not sync between devices. Download a CSV for a portable snapshot.
Has Superbuy reached its 14th anniversary?
Yes. The official homepage displays 14+ years, and its September 2026 event celebrated the 14th anniversary. This is Superbuy’s history, not the age of this independent spreadsheet.
Can I still use the 12% or 10% anniversary codes?
The advertised SUPER14 period was 20–22 September 2026; SuperJoy was 28–30 September. Both have ended as of our 7 October review. Already-claimed coupons can have separate account-specific expiry dates. See offers and dates.
How long can I leave an item in the warehouse?
The published policy gives normal inbound orders 90 free days and a usual total period of 180 days. Fees, extension options and abnormal-package rules differ. Check your order’s timer and the storage guide.
