What currency and fees should I compare?
Our product cards show seller prices in CNY. A reference conversion on this site is an estimate; your payment channel may use a different rate.
- Amount charged: check the payment currency and total taken from your card, wallet or bank.
- Amount credited: check the resulting account credit, rather than comparing a fee percentage alone.
- Additional charges: check the displayed channel fee, exchange rate, card issuer fees and any transfer costs.
A zero platform handling charge does not remove charges from a bank or wallet. Compare the same top-up amount across the options actually offered; there is no universal cheapest method.
When do I pay for the item and shipping?
- Purchase stage: pay for the chosen item and applicable domestic delivery or service charges.
- Shipping stage: after warehouse arrival and packing, select the route and pay international freight. Destination taxes or carrier charges may be separate.
A balance top-up adds funds to your account; it does not by itself submit an order or a parcel.
