Review your order’s photos and request the specific measurements you need. Decide whether to keep the item while returns are still possible. Check the warehouse timer if you are waiting for more orders.
Second payment: packed parcel
Choose the items to consolidate, packing instructions and destination. Compare the real route quote with the packed dimensions. Resolve any restrictions, insurance and import-charge questions before paying freight.
Keep the details that support can use
- Original seller link and selected option.
- Order ID and warehouse arrival time.
- Photos or measurements behind a return request.
- Parcel number, route, dimensions and quote date.
